It is your duty to read, understand and accept our Terms and Conditions before you purchase, as you enroll in a binding contract once the order is confirmed. We may change our terms and conditions without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

MUSA, established with the name DOBROES LAB UNIPESSOAL LDA, with the address Rua Mouzinho de Albuquerque 272, 4400-231 Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal and VAT PT517223031, provide to customers a cosmetics products. We check carefully all the products that are shipped to our customers are in accordance with our quality standards.

We are careful to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our goods are correct when they are posted on our website. However, while the colour reproduction of the goods on our website is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by browser software or the computer system used by you.

If any products received are damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please email an attached photo of damaged products and order form within 15 DAYS after delivery date. If not brought to our attention within the said amount of time claim will NOT be accepted. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

All orders made are subject to availability. We will try our best to keep all stock levels at the same level to what is publicised on the site, but we are not held responsible if an ordered item is no longer available. We will email you confirmation of this rejected order.
We aim to deliver all mainland PT standard orders in 1 to 2 working days. However, sometimes during holiday or busy periods, deliveries may take longer.

We aim to deliver all Europe standard deliveries in up to 3-6 working days and worldwide deliveries within 10-20 working days. However, sometimes during holiday or busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 20 working days, please contact us. Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery.

Note that these delivery periods are expected guide-lines, but we will not be held liable if your delivery takes longer. We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

All payments are received securely via Shopify. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason authorise payment, then you will be notified of this immediately at the time of order.

We do not take responsibility if your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our website. All prices quoted on this website are in euro sterling, exclude delivery charges and are inclusive of PT sales tax at the current rate.
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged. Once you have completed your order and it has been accepted you will not be able to make any changes to your order.
